Q: What can I expect from a physiotherapy treatment?
A: On your initial assessment, the clinical director will spend some time talking to you, noting down your full medical history and followed by a thorough assessment. This will be used to ascertain where the problem might be and formulating treatment plan with you aimed at reducing your pain and getting you back to pain free function.
Q: What physiotherapy specialist do they have ?
A: From diagnosis to treatment and measuring progress to optimise recovery, we guarantee professional and caring physiotherapy service for patients across Nigeria and abroad. Our highly trained neuro-musculoskeletal specialist clinicians will work with you post injury or post surgery in our purpose built multi gym with extensive rehabilitation facilities. Our team consists of experts in treating acute and chronic back and neck pain, arthritis, tendinitis, sports injuries and low dependent neurological patients.
Q: How much will it cost?
A: Initial consultation and assessment will cost 13,000 naira and will take about an hour. This includes consultation fee and will involve taking your medical history, physical assessment, formulation of treatment plan with you actively involved and the initial treat. The cost of follow-up sessions will depend on the treatment package you have chosen as we offer package deals, however, individual follow-up session costs N12,000 and usually lasts for an hour. Q: Is accommodation provided for out of town patients?
A: Yes, we have partnership with a nearby hotel at discounted rate for patients coming from outside the state or country. The discount rate will be incorporated in your bill.
Q: Can I claim on my private health insurance?
A: We are registered with the major private medical insurance companies both within and internationally. However, it is worth checking with your insurer before treatment commences as all policies are different.
Q: Do I need to bring anything with me?
A: Yes, we suggest you wear shorts and fitting tops as we will probably examine you. You may also bring any x-ray or scan report if you have it.
Q: Do I need to be referred by a doctor or specialist?
A: No, you can refer yourself.
